What the pickup form collects, where it goes, and what the tools keep.
The reel tools
The identifier, directory filters and yard math run from the address bar: your measurements are in the page URL and are not stored by us. Nothing about them is sent anywhere else.
The pickup form
When you send a pickup request, we collect what you type (reel details, pickup location, name, company, email, phone, notes), plus the page you sent it from, how you found the site (referrer and campaign tags in the link), and your IP address and browser type. These help route the request and stop abuse.
Who receives it
The request goes to our sister company, Repackify, through the lead system it uses, so it can quote and arrange the pickup.
Text messages
We text you only if you tick the SMS box and give a phone number. The box is unticked by default, and its wording is stored with your request. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising cookies. The form script reads campaign tags from the link you arrived on and remembers your landing page for the visit, in your browser's session storage.
